When you scan a ParkLevel QR code, we collect your mobile phone number and the parking level and time of your scan. We collect this information solely to send you SMS parking reminders.
How We Use Your Information
We use your phone number only to send you parking level reminder text messages. We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number or any personal information to third parties for any purpose.
SMS Messaging
By registering your phone number with ParkLevel, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages confirming your parking level. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any ParkLevel message. For help, reply HELP.
Data Retention
We retain your phone number and scan history for as long as your building uses ParkLevel. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jsnowrdh@gmail.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your phone number is stored securely and is never displayed publicly.
