1. Program
ParkLevel ("we," "us") provides a text-message service that sends residents of participating apartment buildings an SMS with their parking level after they scan a QR code in their building's parking garage.
2. How you opt in
You consent to receive these messages by scanning a ParkLevel QR code posted in your building's garage, entering your own mobile number on parklevel.com, and checking the box agreeing to receive parking-level text notifications. We never add a number without this action.
3. Message frequency
This is a recurring program. You will generally receive one message each time you scan a QR code; message frequency varies based on your use.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ParkLevel does not charge you for the messages.
5. Opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any ParkLevel message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To get help, reply HELP or email hello@parklevel.com.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Supported carriers
The service is available on major U.S. carriers, but carrier participation may change and we cannot guarantee delivery on every carrier or device.
